3. Remix Content & Ownership

• By submitting content to WittyStar, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to remix, modify, generate, and store outputs based on your input for entertainment, product improvement, or promotional use.
• WittyStar retains full rights and ownership to all AI-generated remix text and audio files created using our platform.
• We may feature remix content in Remix Battles, NFT drops, games, leaderboards, marketing, and demo showcases.
• Users retain ownership of the original text they submit.
• Do not submit content that is offensive, violent, or discriminatory.

4. Premium Features

• Access to advanced voices, longer remixes, and full history may require a paid subscription.
• Subscription terms, pricing, and cancellation policies will be provided during the upgrade process.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our policies or misuse the service.

6. Disclaimer

WittyStar is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We strive for uptime and safety, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.
